Policies for Butte College Performing Arts
Refund and Exchange Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes events don't go as expected. Here's our ticket refund policy to ensure a seamless experience:

Refund Eligibility: Full refunds will be issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to heimlichry@butte.edu. Please include your name, order number, and a brief reason for the refund request.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within two business days after the receipt of the refund request.
The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain fees associated with the ticket purchase, such as processing fees, may be non-refundable.

Event Changes: In the case of event changes, such as date or venue alterations, ticket holders will be notified, and options for refunds or exchanges will be provided.

No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals to the event.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Butte College Performing Arts). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
